It dependson what your going to use it for... If its just for FW fish, cool.. If its for SW, reef then the UG filter and flo lighting is probably not going to do you much good. That is unless you are going fish only, the the lighting is cool.
 
Then you would be keeping plants too? Hmm.. A little outta my league. I think the lighting is insufficient for healthy plant growth though.. Any other views?
 
A 65 gallon tank is a great size for seahorses. It will give you a lot of flexibility in tankmates, creating refugium areas inside the tank, aquascaping ...

Fluorescent light is just fine for macro algae. Seagrasses need a lot more light.

Not sure what you mean by salts. Do you mean to ask what is needed to make salt water?

The tank in question is 65 LITERS not gallons. That translates into roughly 17 gallons which IMHO is too small for a seahorse tank.
 
seahorse-rider, with all due respect, the company you are dealing with in Australia gives bad advice on tank sizes for their seahorses.

I wish you the best of luck following their advice.
