Need help now

I believe my blue spotted puffer has ich. He has had it on his fins for about 2 weeks. I need to know how to treat him in my fowler tank, and if my flame angel and goby will die. Nobody had helped me yet tonight, but this if urgent. I have already lost hundreds in fish, and will have to shut down the tank if I lose any more fish. Please help me

Some pictures would help to ID what he has.
It would also help to know more about the history of the tank and this fish.
How long do you have it?
Was it quarantined?
How do the other fish look and behave?
When did this start?

I agree ^^^. Is he scratching/flashing along the rocks or sandbed. Is he breathing heavy? Could possibly be Flukes or Velvet. Indeed, a picture will help.
