guys and girls) , our company was planning on doing a social service project (Google Serve), like organizing classes for painting, health tips etc.., i gave them an idea on '' Conservation of Reef's" , now here is what they want to know,
1. Detailed description of the project along with action items
2. Structure of the project and execution plan
3. Resources needed - number of volunteers, budget, other support etc
4. Impact & its measurement
i need to inform them by monday so everything works out, any, all tips advices will be appreciated.
