Need help on placement of wave maker

I need some help to get the wAve . I have 2 mp40wes on one side and it is like a peninsula setup and 2 rw8 pointing up but the sand bed I am using Carib sea sea flor dry sand and it kept getting blown around

my return are vectra m1 - set around 70% and L1 also at 50%
this is a 4x2.5x2 tank - around 600 l
