Need Help On Ro/di Unit

i have it installed but when i turn the water on it finds a way to leak from the sink i have tried everything and how much water do you need to turn on from the spiket. please help

does it not say anything in the manual that it came with? it should somewhere....maybe try calling the company

I know this is dumb but is there a washer on the plastic piece that connects to the faucet? Next, test the tube that fits in the fitting, is it all the way in the connector?
