need help picking a tank

I am looking for a fully contained system like the jbj nano cube or the oceanic biocube. I have been weighing my options and I don't know which way to go. I would.like something in the 15 gallon range, but I also want led lighting.

So here is what I am wondering...

A. What are my options to get that size tank with led lighting?
B. If I can't get lets, would I need the powerquad to keep spa and clams?

I have suggested them many times before... And still:

I would get this awesome freaking tank in starfire glass if I were to upgrade now. So, I am suggesting it to everyone so I can see what others can do with it. There are many options available for the tank, so you can get it without a light. Which would be easy to remidy with the vast amount of LED options available today.
