I want to put a sump under my 125. I was thinking of using a 30L which I hope will be sufficient. I know I will need a overflow box, which ones are the best as far as reliability and noise levels? I need a return pump but I am not sure how big of a pump to get. Can somebody help me plan my sump. My tank is a Fowlr but I was thinking of putting a couple shrooms should I put a refugium in there? Also how do I determine flow through the sump? Thanks!
