I have tried multiple times following step for setp in different Quartine methods and every time I seem to have the same result of fish dying.

I just recently tried tank transfer method on 2 fire fish and all was going well for 2 transfers and on this third transfer they were dead by the end of the day.

For this I started with tank and a filter heater ammonia badge and matched the salinity to the fish store tempature acclimated them and placed them in transferring then with a clear container leaving out as little water from the bags as possible and poured in the right amount of prime.

After this on the next transfer day I went to another tank with identical equipment. Then proceeded to clean the other tank and filter and heater with a 50/50 bleach mixture and rinsed it very well with rodi water and let dry till the next transfer and then proceeded to do the same thing this morning and when I checked on them tonight they were dead.

Really getting frustrated on killing these beautiful living animals. It makes me fell awful.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance really want to get this figured out.

Not sure what all of this xfering stuff is about. Let's start with basics like tank info. Size, age, water parameters etc. if you have good clean water why use prime? Don't clean with bleach either. Use a water/vinegar mix. If you have fish only just buy premixed saltwater from your local store. If their fish live in it, should be clean enough right? Do you have any live rock or sand?

Are you attempting to setup a permanent QT? From the description, it sounds like you're setting up multiple tanks. I constantly run a 40 breeder plumbed with a 10 gallon for fish QT and a 20 long w/ a 10 gallon sump for invert/coral QT. The fish quarantine has Cupramine running through it at all times.
