Need Help Putting Together My Sump/refugium

It is hard to tell exactly what parts you have. The overflow goes on the back of the tank and needs a line running down to the skimmer comparment. Depending on the size of your return pump, you may not need both drains in the skimmer. You can cut a piece of pvc that will fit in the bulkhead and extend just above the surface of the overflow to act as a safety drain. I usually use vinyl hose from lowes for the drains. One of the pumps, hopefully a needlewheel powers the skimmer.It basically just recirculates in its compartment. Your other pump is the return pump. It needs to be plumbed up to the tank to provide circulation. You need to let us know what size tank, sump and the exact parts you have. Hope this helps.

Your two drain overflow is to handle flows over 800 gallons per hour... up to 1200 gallons per hour I think. Your sump isn't going to handle nearly that, and you are likely to have "burping" if you use both drains.
You will need a lifter pump to plug into your overflow to maintain siphon.

Sorry, i just got a 135gl non drilled, and have a 55gl for 1 year, but never had a sump before, this is my first time so I am sorry to be asking so many question.
First it's a 135gl non drilled and i think my sump size Dimensions are 24''(Length) X 10''(Width) X 12''(height)) and it has one 1/2'' bulkhead on the corner.
and the pump i have is rated 1200gph.
I dont know if I should use both drains or just one. It came with everything like on the picture. Except the lines that goes from the tank to the sump and from the sump back to the tank.
So i need to get a vinyl hose or pvc and attach to one of the drains of the overflow box and put on the skimmer chamber and than on the return pump get another pvc part or vinyl and put on the tank? It also came with this part 2:
