Need help selecting cooling fan!

I am setting up a new 55gl tank that will have 4 x VHO (110w each) bulbs powering it. Whats the most cost effective yet durable fan i can buy for my new canopy, I try to keep my tanks at 78f at all times. I know ice cap variable speed are supposed to be the best but are there less costly options?
