I have a maroon clown fish that I've had for quite a while now. He's about 3" long and has proven to be very hardy (he's been in the tank with quite the outbrake of ick in it and he didn't ever show signs of it).

Just tonight I noticed that his right eye is a little clowded over. It's just him and my other fish look fine. Does anybody know what this could be and how I can treat it?

So you're still dealing with an Ich problem in your tank?
A clouded over eye can be caused by Ich as well. The parasite can be attacking the fish withot any signs of ich on the outside.
Is there any possibily of placing the fish in a hospital tank or removing all the fish to leave this tank fallow for 6-8 weeks?
Is this fish showing any problems breathing? If he's doing ok,the best thing to do right now is observe and feed good quality foods.
Make sure your water quality is up to par.

Probably some sort of sescondary bacterial infection from fighting off the ich. Place in quarantine tank and treat with antibiotics before it gets worse.
