Need help with a sump?

I have a 38 gallon glass tank that I want to make my sump. I am having a hard time figuring out how to set it up. I will be using a Super Reef Octopus 2000 skimmer. I would like a refugium also. I thought about this.

First chamber: return from tank and protein skimmer
second chamber: refugium
Bubble trap
Third Chamber: Return pump.

How does that sound? The tank is 36" long x 12" Wide x 19" tall.

Any designs will be greatly appreciated.

Sound similar to my 20 long sumps -- with the only difference being that I have the bubble trap b/t the skimmer/inflow section and the fuge. Have just a single baffle b/t the fuge and the return section.

I now have an Octopus skimmer, but the layout is still the same (( all 3 of my 20 long sumps are layout the same way ))
