So I picked up a tunze safety connector and swapped out the tips off the jebao power cord coming the outlet and the tip on the cord that runs from the safety connector to the powerhead. The safety connector runs fine off the battery but when I plug in the power cord coming from the outlet a surging noise comes from the unit and sounds like it's going to explode. The fuse is still intact. Does anybody have experience with this. Wondering how to fix this problem.
