Need help with Coral Beauty

I purchased this Coral Beauty from a LFS approximately 3.5 wks ago. He is still in quarantine. The quarantine water is from the main display. The QT is 10gals. The water parameters are: specific gravity: 1.024, ph: 8.3, Nitrites<.01, Amonia<.5, Nitrates<.01, calcium=425, mag=1300, Alk=9 and temp=82degrees. Water is from an RODI system.

After purchasing any new fish I always add some Methylene Blue, (approx 2ml), with some Nova Aqua during the acclimation process.

After adding the fish to the QT tank it seemed to be thriving however I thought I saw a light spot on the rear of his body. I held off doing anything since he was moving & eating well. After about a week the spot became more prominent. I have been feeding him brine and mysis shrimp with some veggies, green algae, flake and pellet. He now has become more selective or not eating as much and a spot has also broken out on his eye, (on the same side as the other spot). It is now 3.5 wks later and he still has the 2 spots, sometimes I think there are tiny specs on the other side of his body but it is very difficult to tell. It does not appear to be ich but possibly some type of fungus. Please take a look and let me know what you think and any possible treatments.
thanks....

Looks like a lesion of some sort, probably bacterial/viral infection. Not sure what medication to suggest. If no one else here chimes in check wetwebmedia. You can even post a question on there if you don't find your answer on their website/FAQ's.

Actually Bob Fenner advised that this looked like some stress related blemish, (small confines of the QT tank). His recommendation was that this would not be "catchy" and it was far more beneficial to place the coral beauty into the main display, (outweighing the benefits attributed to QT'g). I did this on 5/4 and the fish went straight to the cleaner shrimp. He's looking better everyday. Now if he can only get along with the flame angel I could move on to the next dilemna.
