Need help with Ecotech Live

It seems that the interface for the web is really giving me problems. I don't even want to get my mouse over the chart anymore, for fear of accidentally doing something. Just moving around, it winds up messing up my chart. Now, I have done something and don't know what happened. I didn't double click anything.

I did NOT program the lights, because I don't want to change anything. However, now, when I plug up the lights, it comes up with the changes that have not been programmed yet. I can't change anything now, or it will reprogram the entire chart. Is there no Cancel button??

I can close out the software and reopen it, and the stuff is still there.

Am I going to have to uninstall this software to get it to forget those accidental changes and go back to the settings in my lights?

I called ecotech and got an answer....in case anybody searches and finds this.

They said no...soon as a change is made on the computer, you can NOT undo it unless you manually move the dots or change the times back where they were. If you do not remember where they were, you're just out of luck.

I asked about uninstalling the software, and whether a new install would then get the program from the lights...answer was no. The lights do NOT send anything back to the computer. THe computer can send to the lights, but not the other way around.

I suggested that they make a save or cancel button, because I will now lose my current programming in my lights, just because I don't know what it is.

They said it's a good idea to export your program. That way, if you accidentally change anything, you can import it back. They also said that they recommend only Chrome as a browser for their software.
