Hello,

Can you show me the best way to tread flat worm without causing stress to the other animals?
I have 300 gallons tank with SPS, fish, and 2 magnifica anemones.

Thanks,

You have to remove ALL Acros from your tank (even the parts that are encrusted in your rockwork) and treat them seperatly with a series of weekly dips (I used coralrx) while all the other Acros are quarentined you need to leave the display Acro free for a few months... My experiance, I killed off about 20 Acros durning the series of dips but at the end of the day once all my Acros were dead so were the flatworms! lol

Thank you all for your advices.
I don't know the name, but I have the one that stay on the rock and glass.
It's kind of flat and orange/brown.
my main concern is if I user chemical, I will kill the magnifica anemones.

Khanh,

Holy geez....I thought you had ACRO EATING FLAT WORMS (AEFW). That would be baaaad news for your huge beautiful efflo's.

You can use the flatworm exit from salifert

Just read and follow the manual instructions

Best Regards

PS > Nice Sohal and Table

Use the Flat worm exit. But I would dose multiple times during the week. I had flatworms in my 175 and I dosed the entire bottle on Sunday, then I dosed another bottle on like Thursday.

Did not see flatworms for about 2 to 3 weeks. They have now appeared. I think I am going to dose half a bottle and skip every other day and dose about 4 times hopefully this will kill any new hatchlings before they lay eggs.

Oh, by the way, no issues with anything being affected. Tank has sps, lps and soft.
