Need help with gbt anemone please

I haven't tested my water param's yet, but maybe someone can still help. My GBTA has moved under the rock he has lived on for several months now. He is hanging upside down and does not come up when lights are on. He still has color, eats and is not shriveled. the only thing I've done is change lights. I went from 10k, 150w to 15k, 150w MH. I used some window screen for a few days because my acan and leather were not doing well. Now I am only using 1 sheet on screen so it is some brighter.
I would think this is a sign my anemone is not happy...what can I do?

I should add, this has been going on for 3 days as of yesterday.

my rbta did the same thing and was very healthy for the 10 monthes he was in the tank until i had to get rid of him. also another reefer in our club's also did the same thing. if he still looks healthy and is feeding i would leave him be.

I wasn't going to mess with him. Just thought it was a sign that something was wrong. Like I said, he has color, eats and his mouth is closed...

mine hid and got real small for several weeks. he wasn't event eating. Its been about two weeks now since he has opened back up to normal. He did this after I moved the tank.
