Need help with ID

Ok... now I am not crazy, but last night I was checking out my tank after lights out. I was scanning with a flashlight when something caught my eye. It was coming out of a small tube in a rock that is similar to a tube worm. The odd part is that it had 3 VERY long tentacles/arms reaching easily 4-5". One was on my clam another on some sps frags. I kept a light on it for a minute or so and all of the tentacles/arms retracted so I could not get a pic. Any idea what this guys is?

I've got "tubes" in my tank that have 6+ worms coming out of them. Mine are orange. Not sure what they are though, but I am pretty sure that it is nothing to worry about.

I have no clue when he arrived, but the rock he is on I have had for over a year. i can't believe I have not seen it before now. Thanks for the head up. Last night the "worms" were touching some mushrooms and they did not seem to mind it.
