Need help with lighting on my new tank

I bought a new house and with the new house comes a new nicer tank. I am a little bit concerned with my lighting and have a couple questions. The tank dimensions are 63x22x24. It has an open top with an oak rim around the top with a glass ledge on each edge. I plan to use the lighting I have but might have to make some mods. I plan to use my two 250w icecap de pendants with 250w icecap electronic ballasts. I will have four retrofitted 80w t5's on the ledges of the rim for supplementing and dusk and dawn. The t5 bulbs I plan to use is 1 ATI purple plus, 1 ATI blue plus, and two ATI true actinics.

The questions I new help with...

Is two 250w pendants enough for these dimensions, or should I add a third? Would a third put way to much light in some areas where they overlap?

Does the T5 color combo sound right or should I change it up a little, how should I change it?

I plan to suspend my pendants but have vaulted ceilings (highest point where the tank is gonna go), what sort of materials are good to use to suspend them from the wall?

Thanks,
Brandon
