need help with lighting

I would like to know what kinda of coral will be easy to take care of and be ok with that light. If u can give me some recomindation on equipment or corals I would be gratefull

Most people seem to be going with T-5 lights over the compact fluorescents. CF lighting gets hotter than the T-5s and that would probably be a bigger issue in a 10 gallon tank with less area to dissipate the heat.

Have you checked out the T-5 options? They're probably cheaper.

I think the mushrooms are the easiest thing to start with. They spread pretty well, don't have to be fed, and the light requirements are as minimal as anything you'll find. Success with them will give you a better comfort level with other soft corals.

Also, I would look for high output T-5 bulbs and get an actinic and daylight mix. The moon option is cool too. I like the light you found if you could get it in a T-5.

Thanks for the advice I curently have 1 red mushroom a friend gave me, they are nice and they like the light I have now but I was thinking some anenomes and nice corals.
