need help with my leather.

I haven't seen much polyup extention from my green polyup figi leather in a week. The last day or so i noticed purple algae growing on the rim of it and my power blue tang picking obsessively at the rim not the middle. The last time i seen polyups they were in the middle. Its probably the size of a frisbee. I also have toadstools and cabbage and devils hand in the tank as well. Everything else looks great. I just put fresh carbon in yesterday to see if that helps.

Otherwise a picture would help a lot. And a general overview; lighting, flow, etc. It's hard to really say anything more based on the current description.
