need help with posting videos

hey everybody sorry if this is in the wrong subject but i just want to know how to post a video thats on youtube straight to this site?

First, go to your video and then click the "Embed" button.

Below your video will pop up the following "stuff"...

Copy and paste that code into your post, like this...
