Need help with tang

Please help. I need to figure out what this fish has. It looks like hlle or black ich. Hoping to God not black ich. Help?
Here is the best I could get on photos.

Looks like the beginning of HLLE. Black ich (actually a worm, not a protozoan) manifests as round dots covering the body, as depicted in the image below. Black ich is treatable with Prazipro.

As of yesterday ... it's black ich. The spots are in several places now. 100% black ich. Ugh, but thank you.

Two doses of prazipro a week apart will fix that. Best of luck!
