Need help with this Zoa irritator...please

I need help to figure out what is irritating my zoa's. Underneath the closed up zoa polyp at the bottom. It's hard to see in the picture but it looks like tiny clear tentacles with sparkly round tips. The tentacles wave around in the current. I think you can only see the tips in this picture. The affected zoa is turning reddish in that area and I don't if it's harming it or not.

P.S. Can anyone tell me what that yellow looking round thing is? Thanks :)

The yellow thing looks like a sponge to me. The creature irritating your zoas looks like a small anemone (orange ball?) or hydroid - what happens when you touch them -- do they close up? Chip or snip away at the rock to remove it before it gets bigger or starts spreading. If its attached to the zoa stalk then you may have to dispose of that too. The red on the zoa could be a little algae and you can blast it off with a turkey baster or shake it around.
