Hi!
We a new Tunza 9011 that I've used a couple of weeks, it has worked fine when I feed and add different things as I turn the skimmer on and remove the power plug, when I put in the power plug again then it worked just fine but Now those last 2 days so it will not work again after I've taken in and out the power from wall, and now its not work and its only goes so slowly simmers just as there is something wrong with the water level or that it has entered anything to block the water.
Yesterday I had to dismantle the skimmer for and then put it together and then it worked.
Anybody have any suggestions? Can not take it out of the tank and bring it up every time i have taken out the power plug from wall.
I Have tried to take out the air screw, close the air, take of the skimmer cup and turn the skimmer arround in tank but its not helping
I will be happy for some tips and help to work it out
