What should I do? My new Kole Tang (2 days) seem to have marks not normal on is body, but eat like a big and swim all around de tank with all the fish everything look normal except the marks on is body. I put a fish trap yesterday and it is the only one that does not go. do I have to treat him absolutely?

are you referring to those larger white spots on the side fin? looks like Lympho to me, no big deal if so. if you start seeing a lot more than it is likely Ich.

let us know if you are referring to something else, was hard in the photos to see anything immediate.

did you QT this fish before adding him to your tank? what was the source of this fish?

On QT and Come from LFS, photo#1 the right bottom is more white with look like big home and photo 2 larger White spot

Really difficult to see the white spots in the picture. Is he scratching himself on rocks much? Any other fish seem to have similar spots?

No other spots and he's not scratching himself he act nomaly. Maybe a lesion?

Just keep an eye on him for any other behavioral changes, while watching if the spots get better or worse, or if they spread to other fish.

Given you have a non-QT'ed environment, the risk of Ich is high, but what you are describing doesn't sound like Ich to me. Likely abrasions from fighting and/or lympho.

What size tank do you have?
