At the start of the week 2 of my colonies wouldn't open. I notice some small white specs on them and a feather duster looking thing as well. Today, a week later almost none of my colonies are open

All I can see are some white specs (very small) and the feather duster thing. Any idea what's going on or what I can do?! This really sucks, my tank is mostly zoa dominated.
