These small white little bugs on glass. Only see them come out at dusk. They have little antennas but see them crawl on glass only. The bottom attached to glass looks like that of a snail. There are a few.
Good luck on getting those identified from these pics lol. Your description sounds like Stomatella snails. But it also sounds like a lot of other critters.
