Need ID of a stringy parasite.

I can seem to find posts describing what my powder blue tang seems to have. He has a few white spots on him mainly on his face but some on on of his pectoral fins. Some of the spots seem to have a stringy tail making them look like a little sperm. Does anyone know what this is?

Thats what it was. I see multiple different fluke symptoms in a few fish. Thanks.

I use the freshwater dip with adjusted pH for flukes.
