I get thous corals for free and i i think they aren't in bets condition... Hope they will get better.
Pictures were taken right after introducing them into tank, now polips are open.

Montipora capricornis ? Polips looks like small dots.

Maybe, is it upside down?

It is so smooth i want to say Montipora florida http://sdmas.com/corals/465.php but that will grow out and up like a bowl.

As i said, picture was taken right after i put it in the tank from a 2 hr trip. Now it looks much better, polips are extended.
