need idea for elegance coral

I'm no expert but that looks like a beautiful and healthy piece to me. They are quite easy to take care of, but have you done any research on them?

I have had one for about 8 months and it is one of my favorite corals.

IMHO, the coral looks stressed and withdrawn. Not particularly uncommon with new corals. On a good note, I see no signs of tissue recession. If it were my coral, I'd elevate the coral up off the sand with a piece of PVC pipe, or something similar. If the area where the tissue meets the skeleton makes contact with the sand, like it does on the right side, it can lead to tissue recession, infection, and the eventual loss of the coral.
