Need Ideas

Hey guys. Not new here, but have been on hiatus after about 10 years....
Lots of life changes. Previously had a 125 gallon tank. Sold it after a few years ...then I moved. New house, etc, etc.

Fast forward. Been wanting to start a new tank, and trying to find a great spot for it. I think I have a place I'd like it, but want some ideas/input. Basically, the house has this extra cabinetry/buffet off the kitchen, and I think it'd be a great spot for a large tank. It's 2' deep (not counting the back splash) and about 8.5' long. It has some windows behind it.

My idea would be to put a large tank here. Probably drywall off the lower half of the windows (I already have privacy film on the bottom half due to them facing the neighbor's house). So, wouldn't miss that much.

Past that, it's got a granite counter top. Here's where I need advice/ideas.
1) Would stock builder grade cabinetry hold a large tank without re-enforcement?
2) I really don't want to cut holes in the granite for filtration. I could, but just thinking ahead if I ever have to sell the place, don't think it'd be a great selling point. Any out of the box ideas here?

I've got a few other spots I could put something, but it wouldn't be as out of the way as this....plus there's so much space below I could put equipment. I love the location as we could sit and watch TV or eat dinner, and watch the tank.

Attaching pics.

Too close to the kitchen. Plus those windows, and yes, you'll have to rebuild the cabinet. From what I can see in the pics, Vinny's right, put it where the TV is.
