Any Ideas??

Well, something was wrong with it for sure..

the pictures I guess didnt show full details there was a white area on it,

I was going to check it maybe move it and it basicly fell off it rock and part it it disappeared into a white powder I cut it back to what at least felt like good solid tissue and fragged that into 3 peices.

Now just have to wait and see how it does

Wow, that is really unfortunate, it looked beautiful.
Anything correlated to the start of the deterioration? Maybe new salt, recent water change, temp spike, any dosing?

Maybe try a iodine dip. Let me know if you want some xenia to replace it. I got tons...

Get it out of the tank asap. Typically, Kenya will shrivel up for no reason, look like $hit and then open back up a few days later. Its a strange coral. If it is starting to breakdown, however, you do not want it in your tank. Kenya is easy enough to replace. Dont take any chances on it, QT it or toss it. Youll find another piece for $10 in 10min.

Btw- are you still looking for some softies? I have an XL brown play colony, a medium green paly colony with dragon eyed zoas mixed in, and a small green colony the size of a golfball that is covered in polyps. I posted some pics in the ctars sectio

well its official, the kenya has past on. when I got home from work today the 3 frag peices I got were basiclly gone.

I started to have alittle hope this morning when it seemed open but it seems to have gotten something from somewhere alost like it was rotting or something from the inside out

No Dosing no temp spikes in either direction nothing changed I add about a gallon of top-off a day and do about a 10% weekly water change
