Need Lighting

I'm planning to set up a frag tank (40g breeder) and need lighting. I would like 250watt MH with either PC or T5. Prefer electronic ballast.

Anyone have something that might fit the bill?

What is the size of the fixture? Could MH be added? Current bulbs PC, T5, VHO?

Well you could have ran 2-3 ft bulbs on it, But i sold it- Look into the ARO

It is retrofit lighting not a fixture. 4 x reflectors and bulbs. With quick DC and ballast.
