need opinions on 720G tank choices

OK, I have recently come across a 720 tank (8' x 4' x 3' high)

My thought is that I am going to use my existing 400MH lighting (x 4 and maybe get 2 more)

Regarding skimmers, looking at Reeflo 250 or deltec 703 (or Euroreef 12-1 since I have Euroreef experience on smaller models and really like them), would love a Volcano, but maybe as an upgrade later - thoughts or comments.

For water motion was thinking of 2 x tunze waveboxes on one short side (tank will be viewable on 2 sides one long and one short) - my question is is that enough flow, and would a closed loop running up through the floor with a OM 4 way disrupt the wave? If so, what else would you recommend for extra flow if needed?

Lastly, regarding flow through the sump, how much would be optimal? Most of the skimmers seem to want flow through them of 500GPH +/- I could easily run a lot through the sump (which is in the basement so would cool the water nicely) but does that add anything but more hydro to the system due to a bigger return pump?

Thanks for answering any of my questions

>>> I used 4 lumernac III with radium 400w on my 120x36x30 tank and it was more then enough. BTW the tank was 3 side view

>>>Again on my old tank I ran a cl through the bottom, 2 tunze 6200 down the sides and a 4200 return direct through the volcano skimmer to the sump back to tank.

>>> I ran everything first throught the volcano which was about 1500gph and it was great. Have 50 LARGE fish and 50 corals and no algae or any trats.

Thanks for answering any of my questions
