if you just ask for some chaeto from someone else's fuge that may be easiest way to seed pod population as people around here normally give chaeto away for free.
or if you need alot quickly reef nutrition sells live 'tigger pods' which are popular around here for seeding tanks/fuges. normally around $20 for a bottle with a bunch in there, should be able to find at most LFS around here, though don't know what LFS are in your area..
