need pump reccomendation

I am starting a new tank and would like a recomendation for a return pump. I will be running a sump and the head height would be approximately 5 feet, then I will be splitting the line for 2 returns in the tank. The tank itself is 52 galong with a 20 gallon sump. Thanks.

I have a RIO on my tank. Look at the pump manufacturers website to determine the loss of GPH for the 5 foot head.

By the way the tank is a marineland column type tank with a corner overflow.

Eheim and Quiet1one have pretty good products. I and currently running a Quiet1one on one of my tanks and would by another one.
