Hello all.
I have had my 40 gallon set up for about 3.5 months now and wanted to get a fish or two. The problem is I know very little about marine fish temperment/diet/etc... Thus here I am seeking advice from those with more knowledge.
The current inhabitants are TBS hitchiking corals, a bunch of snails, hermits, porcelain crabs, cucumbers, pepermint shrimp, and a bunch of brittle stars. I want to continue to keep it a mixed reef.
There is a large amount of live rock and moderate flow throughout.
The one problem though is that I am trying to "grow" my pod population atm. I got a ton of them right now, but I really want the population to be so large that it can sustain a mandarin. Are there fish that I can add that wont put a huge dent in my pod growth?
Thanks all,
Jesse
