Need recommendation for overflow

What kind of overflow would be the most appropriate for a 72x24x24 which will be viewed both sides?
What size/kind pump for the return ? The quieter the better.
The sump will be underneath the cabinet.

i am getting a 96 L viewable on 2 sides and i had the manufactorur create an external overflow on one side. i am going to use a sequence dart for a return pump and put some internal pumps similar to a tunze stream for circulation inside the tank.

i drilled two 1.5" holes. I leave one completley open with an air hose it in to keep it from gurgling. the other one i have a 90 degree elbow pointed up on the other. this i really quiet. one handles almost all of the flow and the other takes just a little

I was thinking since it'll be viewable both that I would put 2 durso at each end.I don't want want to have an external overflow, I have limited place.
