Need recommendations on new UV system

My 18 Watt UV died and when I get back from vacation I would like to look for a new unit. What UV brands provides the best reliability and inline connections? My current system is by Radionic a assemble it yourself kit which lasted over 10 years including the ballast. I like the idea of having a quartz sleeve the old unit doesn't.

Check out Emperor Aquatics. From what I have heard they are the best route to take. I just picked one of there units up. I will let you know how things turn out when I get it.

I like Coralife turbo twist. Btw, were you using it on your reef? I've heard others saying a reef would suffer from UV but have never tried. What's your experience on that?

I've been running a uv system for several years without issue helped solve a ich problem and never had issues since. I do have it on the main circulation with chiller and have a scrubber system on a separate return.
