Need some advice about what is happening

I believe this is being caused by my new lights but just want to make sure. It was about 10 inches higher and have since moved the rock down to the base. I have another frag of these same zoa's that is doing good on the left side of my tank but seems to get indirect lighting.

Salinity - 1.026
Alk - 11.5
Calc - 450
Mag - 1200 (working on getting it back to 1400 where it was before some new salt I got)
Nitrates - 30
PH - 8.2
Temp 77-78

I have 2 165w full spectrum LED lights. They are peaking at 40% white and 80% blue / royal blue.

It also looks like there might be something growing on the left hand base of the frag.

Any help would be great still fairly new to this.

::edit:: On a side note: what kind of zoa species is this?

You need to get that nitrate down. It's not good, and is also feeding the algae that is growing. The new light may be too strong, try dimming it some.

Yeah trying. I have added some macro in the refugium. Water changes weren't cutting it. Also was trying skimming wet with reduced feedings. It was higher about 3 weeks ago.
