Need some assistance with OverFlow

Hey all,

I'm looking for a bit of help in the acrylic dept.

I'm needing a box that I can use as an overflow in a tank. I don't have the tools or equipment that would be ideally used for making one, and hoping someone else may be able to help.

The Plan is to Drill holes in a non RR tank, and install bulkheads. I'm wanting an overflow box with teeth to drain to a sump. I have a Dremel and can do the teeth myself even. Just don't have materials to build one from scratch.

Anyone willing to help out either making one, or allowing me to come over, and help build one? I am hoping to get one without buying new bottles of wheldon, applicators, needles, etc that is required. Not to mention the mistakes I'll make along the way :P

That or anyone have suggestions for finding a cheap plastic box that would be easily modifiable to suit this need?

I know a lot of you guys are sick of me saying this, but Glass-Holes.com is hard to beat for acrylic overflows with teeth. :) Check them out, Mnemic... they are very reasonably priced and are great overflows! Easy to install, too.

I've actually already seen their site. They have a very good video on youtube about drilling glass.

45 for a black acrylic box seems abit overkill
55 with teeth, moreso.

the Kit may have been worth it had I not already purchased the HoleSaws and Bulkheads ahead of time.

If I can't come up with something for < 50 I'll go that route, but I'm exploring other options first. I'm not concerned about it being black or clear.

Thanks for the note though :)

Gotcha man. That makes sense. :)

I wish I was an acrylic ninja, I'd help ya out! But alas, I am not even a greenhorn. ;) :D
