Need some Direction

I have been toying with the idea of keeping an octopus. I have a 180 gallon reef tank that I am getting rid of and would like to set up a smaller tank. Is there a place to read up on what an octo requires? As far as tank size what am I looking at? That kind of thing I always read op on things before starting to setup. Thanks

Small, tall, with a good filter that can be sealed off from his access.

How small of a tank would you be willing to go for a octo?

I was thinking a 46 gallon bow front what do you think?

The generally accepted minimum size is 50 gallons, but 46 is close and with maybe a 20 gallon sump you could probably handle ammonia and inking.
