Need some help for my Yellow clown goby

Meet Goobers. He seems to have caught himself a pest. It looks like a leech to me. I tried catching Goobers, but as soon as you come near the tank with the net he's gone :fun5:.

In hind sight I saw one on my 1" clown too. The clownfish was easily caught but when I tried to remove what was then even more of a mystery the clown fish wriggled a bit and presumable scraped it off on the net and I couldn't find it afterwards.

What it is exactly?
Will it kill the goby if it is not removed?
Is there anything I can add to the aquarium that will kill whatever it is, be it medicine like prazi-pro or another animal?

I will continue to try and catch it in the meantime.

edit: I would like to add that it becomes shorter and longer and that you can see it pump. I have isopods in my tank, but this looks nothing like them. It also moves with the water currents.

edit2: This is a new 140G tank, that is suppose to become a reef, but right it only has a few small fish.

1 1" Clown fish
1 2" Clown fish
1 1.5" Yellowtail blue damsel
1 1.5" 4 Stripe damsel
1 1.5" Yellow clown goby

And then a few hermits/snails.
