Need some HELP. MP40

I have 2 MP40s with the Eco Smart drivers. I had them working on short pulse, one slave and one master. The slave slid down the glass and blasted my sand for a few hours. I placed it back where it should be. It knocked it out of short pulse mode and into some sort of a constant mode. The other pump is now flashing green (not red and green) and I cannot change the speed (just an FYI, not that I need or want to at this point). I cleared the driver memory on the one that fell and it worked perfectly. The other one went through all the correct color changes and I was clearing the memory but when I was done it went right back to flashing green again and I cannot control the speed just as before. I tried this several times with the same results. Any ideas? I just want to clear the memory so I can reset the master/ slave modes and change to a different operation mode. Am I missing something?

Any help would be great.

I kept messing around with it until it finally went into an operation mode. I set both the same and will leave them that way until Moday when I'll try setting up the master/ slave modes. If it goes crazy again, at least I can call customer service.
