I have 4 gen 2 pumps. Two of them I got programed. One is a master and one is a slave. The other two I try to program and they just blink green and red. I have left them off for 24 hours and try again and they go directly to blinking green and red.

Any suggestions?

Red/green is a stall error which suggests that the wet side is bound up. Try clearing the memory to ensure that the pumps are running properly then attempt the assignment of master/slave again and make sure that the drivers are as near one another as possible given your setup.

How can I clear the memory? As soon as I plug it in it starts blinking red and green. It doesn't matter what buttons I push it still doesn't do anything???

I have another pump that will take the program, but it when it starts it runs for a few seconds then shuts off. Then it will kick back on, but shuts off, over and over.

Just fyi, I have 2 pumps that works great.

Yes it does.

The second pump goes through it's standard sequence and starts working then just stops, a few seconds later it starts again, only to stop again.

Hi Bart,

Red/green is a stall error which means that something is most likely blocking the wet side of the pump. It could also be a bad motor causing this issue. To isolate the issue swap the problematic wetside with your other pumps that are working fine and see if the problem follows the wetside. After that, swap the motor to a different driver to see if the problem follows the motor. Once we know what components are problematic we can send you replacements for just that part.

Performing these steps will minimize your total service time and improve the quality of support which you receive from us.

Ok I swapped the wet ends. I thought it fixed them, but I was wrong. It allowed the red/green flashing to stop and actually allow the program to start but the pump did not, so it went back to flashing red and green.

The second pump, I again thought it fixed it because it ran for about 15 seconds before stopping then started to blink, and start up again. The cycle continues over and over.
