Need some help with my clam

Hi guys,
I have pyramid snails in my tank and my teardrops clam is looking really bad now. It's not dead yet. I've been taking the clam out and remove the snail manually. The last time I did that was couple days ago and the clam has not open fully. :(

I'm leaving for LA on Friday for 1 week. I'm worry that it die when I'm gone. If anyone want to give this a try, you can take my clam. Sorry if you have PC light, I won't give it to you.

BTW, I have the clam on the eggcrate away from the sandbed since I found out the snail problem.

Here is the pic of the clam when I got it.

The only way to fight the snail problem is manually remove them until they all gone. I have no problem doing that because I have been doing it for a month now :( ..

It doesn't look too good right now and I'm leaving for a week. If it dies in my tank, it could foul the water. I have a guy helping me feed the fish and topoff but he doesn't know anything else.

So free "half dead" clam if anyone wants it :D ..

Phong - I can take it for you until you get back.

But...I would have to be pick up from you tomorrow.

I have T5 lights.
I also can hold it for you, till you get back.
I don't have any clams, so I'm not worried about the snails in my tank.

Edit: and I can take it tonight....:)
