well I'll give you a background on my tank I run a large ecosystem refugium and a small refugium with a mix of calupra and chaeto algaes in it with a small aqua remora skimmer on it. I also have a phosban reactor that i run a small amount of phosguard and carbon that is only on when the MH are on. There are no filter socks or anything like that i put a little filter floss in the over flow every once in a while or when i'm blowing off the rocks. I do a 15 gallon water change once a month and I feed a small amount of reef roids cycloplese and 5ml dt's premium reef blend twice a week.
My tank is very well stocked with leathers mushrooms exenia scoly's brains all soft stuff I have never really been able to keep pollyps but every thing else has done pretty good.
Tank has been up and running for 2 years and on monday harvested alot of algae out of both of my refugiums.
I tested my water today for the first time and got this.
phospates 0.10
nitrates 1.0
alkalinity 6.1
ph 7.59
salinity 1.023
I didn't check calcium because I figured that was the least of my worries. please let me know what you think I should do to control and change these numbers.
