Ok I finally got my tank here, but the sump is just an open tan no baffles or anything. Is there anybody around here who is good at making sumps all I need are some baffles put in it. I would do it myself but the last one I made was not so hot so this time I would like the help of somebody with a little more experience. So if anybody can help that would be great, and I reimburse for materials and time etc.

I've done this before with a glass tank:
It is actually fairly easy to do if you get the glass cut right and the right silicone. I put mine in one at a time starting at one side. I marked the outside with a Sharpie where I wanted the baffles, then siliconed the inside along that line as well as siliconing the edge of the glass. I then rotated the glass into place and held it there. It sticks quickly. I used a wooden dowel to reach into the tight spots and smooth out the lumps -- my finger did a good job where my hand would fit.
I can offer a lot of advice. My physical presense to help may be a lot more limited. But if we have the meeting at my house in April, perhaps you can bring it along and well add your baffles as a DIY topic...

I added baffels myself and used little blocks of wood to hold the up ones off the tank bottom and a dab of 2 part epoxy to hold it in place for me to silicone it in. The blob of white epoxy is ugly but who cares it is in the sump. Good luck! OH also, I need to add one more in the fuge side if you plan on running a fuge side. My last baffel is flat to the bottom so the water flows over it and wants to take my cheato over the baffel also. I need to add one more so the flow has to go under the last baffel in the fuge side so my cheato will stay in the fuge and be pushed underwater instead of over the baffel, make sence?
