I know this is a mushroom but what specific kind?

I was told this was a Pineapple but I have yet to see any sweeper tentacles emerge at night. It seems like it's not doing very well, yet the Zooanthids in the tank have exploded since they were put in there.

I know the purple/green is Star Polyps but what about the brown tree looking fellow in there?

1st pic probably a goniopora(flower pot). they dont survive for me as well as for alot of other people as well. The brown tree looks like a kenya tree, i put three in my tank 3 years ago and now i have 27+, cant kill the darn things(wish i could), a branch breaks off and lands somewhere and darn theres another one.

The mushrooms are ricordias. That favia looks bad, I hope you didn't pay much (if anything) for it, it can recover though if it has even a scrap of life left on it.

Top to bottom:
Goniopora - this particular one has a poor survival rate
Ricordia yuma (possibly) - easy coral
Favia or favites - looks bleached - put in low to medium light and try feeding at night when feeder tentacles come out
Green star polyps and Kenya tree - easy corals, but they tend to get out of hand quickly

FTS - suggestion - get a better skimmer.

Alright. I am goin to feed the favia tonight. I don't physically see any tentacles emerging from it, but I can see a small mouth open in the center of each polyp. I'll move it to a shady area tomorrow. Don't wanna disturb the fish as they're all in their sleeping areas for now.

What makes the goniopora a difficult specimen to keep?

And what's wrong with the skimmer? It's a SeaClone 100, and it removes quite a bit of junk, it seems reliable, is there anything wrong with it I should know about?
